Yay, I've now read two books this year! I think it took until May last year before I could say this. What a good resolution/goal to have set for myself.
Book two was House & Home by Kathleen McCleary. It was okay, but I'm glad to be finished. I didn't feel connected to the main character until the very end, which makes a not-so-long book kinda long. But in the end it was satisfying for the most part. If you're looking for an easy read, I'd get it from the library (which is where I found it).
On to book three! Go me!

Congrats on finishing a second book! I just finished White Oleander. I saw the movie...with Michelle Phieffer, but the book was so much better.
