- Good friends--new, old, bloggy and live. You all rock!
- I have a job. I may not like it, I may not want to do it, but I have a job--a good job. For that I am thankful.
- Those trained to listen to my woes--my counselor, in particular. I am so glad I started back because she has given me tiny insights each session and I feel like I have been able to build on them. I appreciate I have someone 110% on my side, even when I'm not even on my side.
- Clean sheets. I just love crawling in bed when I have just changed the sheets, when I'm wearing clean jammies, and the air is cool. Oh, I could stay in that place for days!
- Sunny days. We've been so lucky to have the sun shining for the past week, when much of the country has been doused with rain. This is the warmest I remember for this time of year recently, and I am not going to complain!
- My kitty's squeaker is back! She had completely lost her ability to make noise of any kind over the past month, and coupled with her increasingly loud snore, we decided to take her to the vet. Turns out she has allergies (who knew?) that has caused severe congestion. 10 days on an antihistamine and now she is following us around making all sorts of cries and mews, and squeaks. I love her little noises!
- Tweets. I love this form of social networking. It is just enough for me, whether anyone is actually reading me or not. So if I go MIA from here, my tweets will show I'm alive out here somewhere.
- The weekend. Days in a row when I don't have to actually do my job. Always joyeous!
- Dreaming about the future. The day I do my dream job, for real. That makes me smile.
- My sister just received her first Air Medal for service as a pilot in the Navy in Iraq this year. I am very very very proud of her--and all our men and women in uniform. Can't wait to see her at Christmas!

I love the clean sheets...and clean pj's have to go along. My husband thinks I am crazy and it makes no difference...but it so does!
