Joy Break 10.23

1. Cheese. All kinds of cheese. Spicy, smoked, sharp, soft. I love it all.
2. $1 calendars at Tar.get for 2010. They have fun patterns for the desk size and monthly ones with big blocks for each day. Why can Tarjay sell these for just $1 but if I go to an office supply store I have to pay like $30 and it's usually not exactly what I want. I had to resist the urge to by like 15 2010 calendars yesterday.
3. Digital music channels on my cable box. It is so nice to be able to pick a station (ie, Pop Hits) and then set to cleaning my raunchy house to some catchy tunes. Unlike tv, I am not sidetracked by something interesting (which makes cleaning take twice as long because I end up only cleaning on the commercials) and unlike the regular radio, there are no commercials to break my cleaning rhythm. Second to DVR, digital radio is a great invention on behalf of the cable people.
