Retrieval went very well. Best news is that I really didn't feel a thing, and what I did feel was just pressure. That Valium/Vicodin cocktail was super nice!
RE retrieved 4 eggs. We were fairly happy with that, considering the oversupression and whatnot. Yesterday I spoke with the embryologist and he said that 3 of the 4 fertilized. This is within the normal expected range of 70-85% with ICSI. Now we just wait.
He'll call on Sunday with an update but right now we are scheduled for transfer on Tuesday. We pray that at least one embryo will make it, if not two. We'd love all three but we're trying to be realistic. At least one, that's all we want.
