Brief, but important

I found out today that I will be offered a job by the company that has bought out my current one--thank goodness. While it won't be doing what I'm doing now, it is a job and right now that is such a blessing.

We have been going a million miles a minute as I prep to return to work and Tulip heads to daycare (or school, as I lovingly call it). We had house guests, then a road trip to visit friends, and now a crazy few days as I waited on my future fate.

Tulip is fabulous, of course, and she is growing like a weed. We had some trouble when we switched her formula from liquid concentrate to powder, but it seems to have settled out and she is keeping more food in her than on her these days. She continues to grow in length, already wearing 6m. jammies but she is still a skinny girl. She went through the beginning of growth spurt at the end of last week, and now she is eating nearly an ounce more at each feed so it should start to show up sometime on the scale. She sure didn't get skinny from me...

More hopefully tomorrow, but now I have to go get more stuff ready for work--I can't believe it has been 12 weeks already!

Yay! I'm so happy for you! I know that must a huge pressure off of your shoulders. Can we have updated pics of Tulip? :)

That's awesome that you get to keep a job - even if it's different, like you said, it's still a job! Good luck going back to work! I know that transition can be tough.
