As promised...photos of Tulip's completed room!
Her dresser/changing area--notice the butterflies!
Her crib--the tent is to keep the cats out during the day, at night we leave it open & close the door to the room.
The wonderful rocker/glider I got for Mother's Day--the blanket on the left was a gift from BigTex's mom and the pillow is from my grandmother.
A close-up of the wall-hangings--my mom cross-stitched the piece on the right to go with the room decor. I love it!
Tulip's small, but getting full, bookcase. The butterfly cross was made by my late grandfather. I wanted to make sure she had something made by him in her room, since we got "the call" on his birthday in January.

Very cute!
My husband and I love the Kia commercial “How do you like me now?” where the kids animals are dreaming about driving the car and having fun like people…we smile every time we see it. For whatever reason, the monkey on the wall reminded me of it and made me laugh.
Looks great. I love the color on the walls - very delicate and pretty. Good job!
What a beautiful room, and so filled with gifts made my family members. Tulip, and you are both blessed.
Love tulips room....all those colors together look great!
I love that you used baby blue in a girl's room...it is awesome. It looks so warm and inviting and cozy. She must sleep very well in there.
Great job.
